About

We maintain the ratio of adults to children set by the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage, which are: one adult to three children under two years, one adult to four children under three years, and one adult to eight children aged between 3 and 11 years.

This helps us to:

• Give time and attention to each child. 
• Talk with the children about their interests and activities. 
• Help children to experience and benefit from the activities we provide. 
• Enable the children to explore and be adventurous in safety.

We have an experienced and skilled team of staff. They are committed to gaining qualifications and regularly undertake further training in early years care and education. In this way we can constantly improve the care we provide and stay up to date with current thinking. All our staff are checked by the Criminal Records Bureau and are qualified first aiders. We have policies and procedures which our staff follow to help us provide a quality service. Our staff are dedicated to working in partnership with you as parents.
